Mr. Dennis Donsker began his career as a buyer for Grodins of San Francisco, an 80-store retail chain then served as buyer and merchandise manager for Macy’s San Francisco. Traveling the world to manufacturer products for their Fashion department stores.

Dennis then founded Beverly Hills Polo Club, a lady and men’s sportswear, accessory and licensing company with operations around the world.

Later in his career, he served as Vice President and President of Ocean Pacific (OP) Sportswear, and Jimmy Z a young men’s and women’s fashion sportswear company.

Having had extensive domestic and international manufacturing and sourcing experience, Dennis decided to open an international trading company, Laopan, Inc. in 1984 to help foreign buyers purchase merchandise that was made in the USA. In the years following, Laopan expanded to help U.S. companies import products from abroad.

Mr. Donsker works with the United States Department of Commerce to assist US based companies export their products abroad.

Sandy Racowschi began her career in 1982 with California Home Brands Foods.

In 1987, she moved to StarKist Foods where she was the Customer Service Manager for the Private Label pet food line and also managed the  import and export for tuna.

She has worked for California Distribution and Taylored Distribution, as the Customer Service and Losgistics Manager responsible for inventory control and the entire customer service team.

In 2017, she came to work for Laopan Inc as the Buying and Sourcing Coordinator.
